A self-driving learning-factory cell that sees parts, decides, and tells a robot what to do — no operator hand-holding.

01 — Problem

High-mix, low-volume production can't be hard-automated — parts change constantly. The factory needed a cell that adapts itself instead of being re-programmed for every new part.

02 — Approach

I trained YOLO segmentation to identify each piece and read its height, computed centroids, and transformed coordinates into the cobot's frame, then wrapped it in a low-code GUI so a non-engineer operator can supervise the autonomous workflow.
